Torbay Ladies 1’s and Devonport Services W1 played out an exciting 3–3 draw in a closely contested match. Both sides showed great intensity from the first whistle, with Devonport starting strongly and putting early pressure on Torbay’s  defence with several short corner opportunities. However Torbay’s close knit defence with Lizzie, Evie, Claire and Bry made disciplined and well-organised play. Torbay opened the scoring with a well-worked goal from Jade and Devonport following quickly. The second half was played at a high intensity, with both sides continuing to push for control of the game. Torbay showed great determination in the closing stages, and their persistence paid off when Jade completed her hat- trick, giving Torbay a 3–2 lead with just a minute remaining. However, Devonport found one final breakthrough, scoring a late equaliser to bring the game to 3–3.
